Shipping

Domestic: $15 for small orders and single prints. $30 for orders over 1kg.
Tracking included.

International: $30 for orders up to 1kg. $60 for orders over 1kg.
Customers of bulk orders will be contacted directly.

Prints are packaged either rolled in a postage tube, or flat, depending on paper density/weight.
Paintings are packaged securely and rigidly with board, foam and bubble wrap. 

Orders typically arrive within 1-2 weeks and international orders 3-6 weeks of postage.

Orders can also be picked up directly from the studio at no extra cost. Date and time to be confirmed after ordering at artist’s discretion.

Larger framed pieces may incur greater shipping costs due to their size and weight. Courier services may be organised with the artist, or may be sold without their frames. For more information, please contact Brian directly at brian.cheung@live.com.au.

Terms

We aim to post orders within 1-7 working days (not including weekends and public holidays). If there are any potential delays we will notify you as soon as possible. Please note that orders may take longer to deliver to certain countries due to factors outside our control. 

Returns

In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please notify us immediately at brian.cheung@live.com.au so we can arrange a replacement. Damage incurred by postal services cannot be refunded. 

International buyers please note - Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to purchase.
